I’ve always wanted to be a mermaid, ever since I was a little girl. If you ask me to pick between the beach or the mountains, I’d pick the beach in a heartbeat. I love the smell of the salty air, and even more, I love what the beach and the sun does to my hair. But unfortunately, I don’t live in a Bollywood movie and I can’t go swimming in the sea every time I want beach waves.
But I’m also immensely lazy, so what do I do? I find my ways around getting what I want!
And thankfully, I found a shortcut, and you don’t even need a curler for it.
There are two easy steps to getting beautiful beach waves in 10 minutes flat.
1. USING HEAT
- Braid Your Hair:
Divide your hair into small sections and make braids out of each section. The more, the merrier.
- Iron The Braids
Now using a flat iron or a straightener, iron each braid lightly. There is no need to be precise, the point is to make it look natural. Don’t forget to use a heat protectant spray!
2. WITHOUT HEAT
- Wet your Hair
Use water to wet your hair, just enough to have it damp, but not dripping wet.
- Braid it and Let it Dry
Once you’ve achieved dam hair, braid it in to small sections, and let it air dry! You can do this the night before, and sleep with the braids on. Remember to not let your scalp get wet, as that might lead to you falling sick!
Voila! You’ll wake up to magical beach waves.
Both of these methods will only take 10 minutes of work, and you’ll be ready to give Ariel some serious competition.
Try this method out, and tell us what you think!
Until next time,
